Returns & Refunds Policy – Niagara Golf Warehouse

Initiating a Return

Returns can be requested through your account page under the order you would like to return. If you require assistance, please contact us at support@ngwgolf.com.


Return Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Standard Returns:
    Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Holiday Returns:
    Orders placed between November 15 – December 15 are eligible for return within 60 days of delivery.
  • Demo / Used Clubs:
    Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unhit, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, headcovers, tags, and accessories
  • Must not show signs of wear, use, or alteration

Niagara Golf Warehouse reserves the right to refuse returns or apply partial refunds if items do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-built or special-order products (including custom shafts, grips, or specifications)
  • Used or demo clubs outside the 7-day window
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Golf lessons
  • Clearance or final sale items


Order Issues & Missing Items

Any claims related to:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged shipments

Must be reported within 45 days of confirmed delivery.

Niagara Golf Warehouse reserves the right to deny claims submitted outside this timeframe.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for returns over $75

Niagara Golf Warehouse is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
