  3. Get Your Gear: If you select Store Credit, you can use your value toward a new purchase immediately. We’ll hold your new order until your trade-ins arrive and pass inspection, then ship your gear straight to your door.

When will my new order ship? To keep things moving, you can use your store credit the moment you initiate a trade. However, to ensure all trade-ins meet our quality standards, your new purchase will ship as soon as your traded clubs arrive at our warehouse and are inspected.

Are the quotes guaranteed? The prices shown in our software are accurate estimates based on current market value. Because every club has a unique history, final values are subject to change based on our team's inspection and grading.

What happens if my club doesn't pass inspection? If we find that the condition or model differs from the initial request, we will notify you immediately. You’ll have the option to accept a revised quote, dispute the grading, or have your clubs returned to you.
