Please see size chart in the photo below, the sleeve length is taken from the armpit to the wrist. Please note these are a compression fit, true to size, if you want them loose, go up a size.
These measurements are taken with the garment laid flat in a relaxed state and chest and bottom are doubled to get the circumference. Remember, these stretch out like your favourite pair of leggings.
