Order Processing

In-Stock Items (Niagara Golf Warehouse Location)

Items stocked at Niagara Golf Warehouse are typically processed and packaged within 1–2 business days. Orders will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Direct From Manufacturer Items

Items shipping directly from manufacturers are typically processed within 1–3 business days. These orders are fulfilled by third-party manufacturers and may be subject to additional processing times, production delays, or backorders depending on product availability.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Orders selecting Free Shipping will be shipped via standard ground service.
  • Free Shipping promotions (including minimum order thresholds) may exclude select products and are subject to change without notice.
  • Free Shipping is not available during our Annual Grip Sale.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or manufacturer backorders, and are outside of Niagara Golf Warehouse’s control.


Product Availability & Variations

Products shipped directly from manufacturers may occasionally differ slightly from product images due to:

  • Component availability
  • Manufacturer substitutions
  • Product updates or running changes

All orders are subject to manufacturer inventory and production timelines.


Tracking & Delivery

Niagara Golf Warehouse provides shipping confirmation and tracking information for most orders. Customers may also receive delivery updates directly from the shipping carrier where available.

Orders are considered fulfilled and completed once:

  • The shipment has been handed off to the carrier, and
  • The carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout

Niagara Golf Warehouse is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery.

We strongly recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure location, and
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package

For higher-value orders we recommend the shipment be sent to a location where a person is present. Our shipments and shipments from our distributors do not require a signature.


Shipping Insurance (If Purchased)

Optional shipping insurance, where offered, provides additional protection against loss or damage during transit. Niagara Golf Warehouse will assist customers with filing claims with the carrier when applicable.


International Orders (U.S. Customers)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.

These charges are:

  • Not included in your order total or shipping cost
  • The responsibility of the recipient
