The PING G440 SFT is purpose-built to combat the most common miss in amateur golf: the slice. A 23-gram back weight positioned toward the heel helps square the clubface at impact, reducing the side spin that turns a straight swing into a banana shot. Two weight settings — Draw and Draw+ — let you choose standard correction or maximum slice-fighting depending on how much help you need. The thinner, lower-profile face boosts ball speed across the surface, particularly on heel-side strikes where slicers tend to make contact.
The CarbonFly Wrap crown lowers the CG for easier launch and a powerful, muted sound at impact. Free-Hosel technology removes mass from the hosel and places it low and deep for an even more forgiving, high-launching CG. A 46" ALTA CB Blue shaft and lighter overall weight package help increase swing speed without added effort. Trajectory Tuning 2.0 adds loft adjustment of ±1.5° and lie adjustment up to 3° flat. Available in 9° and 10.5°, right and left hand, Soft Regular through Extra Stiff.
