The HL (High Launch) configuration takes the already-forgiving Max head and tunes the internal weighting specifically for easier, higher launch — without the player needing to swing any harder. The taller, thinner face increases ball speed across the hitting surface, while the CarbonFly Wrap crown removes weight from the top of the head and drops the CG for a more effortless, towering ball flight. Free-Hosel technology lowers the CG by 12% to maximize launch angle from slower swings.
The contoured sole promotes a flush turf setup across all loft settings. Trajectory Tuning 2.0 allows 8 positions of loft and lie adjustment. Available only in Soft Regular flex — the lightest, most swing-speed-friendly shaft option — across 3W, 4W, 5W, 7W, and 9W in both right and left hand. The widest loft range in the G440 HL lineup, covering every gapping need from 200 yards to 170.
