Therefore, we have implemented a Price Match Policy to ensure you receive the most competitive prices in the market.

Price Match Guarantee: We proudly offer a Price Match Guarantee on all our products. If you find an identical item available at a lower price from any mainstream Canadian golf retailer, we will match that price.

Price Match Terms and Conditions:

  1. The item must be an exact match, including brand, model, size, color, and any other relevant specifications.
  2. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both NGW Golf and the competing retailer.
  3. We only price match the base price of the item and do not match additional discounts, promotions, or coupon codes applied by the competing retailer.
  4. Price matching does not apply to employee discounts or any exclusive discounts that are not available to the general public.
  5. The competitor's price must be verifiable and currently advertised at the time of the price match request.
  6. NGW Golf reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and product availability before approving a price match request.
  7. We do not price match auction sites, liquidation sales, clearance prices, or unauthorized dealers.
  8. NGW Golf reserves the right to limit the quantities of price-matched items.
  9. Price match requests can only be made prior to completing your purchase.
  10. NGW Golf reserves the right to modify or cancel the Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.

How to Request a Price Match: To request a price match, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the product page of the item you wish to purchase on our website.
  2. Scroll down to the "Found It Cheaper?" section located below the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Click on the "Found It Cheaper?" tab to access the price match request form.
  4. Fill out the required information, including the competitor's name, the URL of the product page showing the lower price, and any additional details.
  5. Click on the "Submit" button to send your price match request.

Our customer support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and contact you via email with the outcome.
